[Cannot connect to any minehut server + created servers on this account are not showing]

Hello, im currently experiencing an issue where i cannot connect to any minehut server (including the lobby) and my servers are not showing on the dashboard. note that i can connect to any other server such as hypixel

i have tried the following:
- Flushed DNS via cmd
- Restarted computer
- Tried wired/wireless internet
