[Excellent Crates not opening]

I downloaded excellent crates and nexengine, but for some reason, the default players can't open the crates with the keys, please help.

I am trying to make crate keys and rank vouchers using skript, but I need some help, heres my code:

on right click:

    if player is holding tripwire hook named "&6blahblah":

I need help here, first, how do I make it so that theres a chance u can get an item, and for the ranks, how do I implement LP ranks to skript?

I tried starting my server from the console, but it wouldn't work, so I stopped it, but that also didn't work, I tried restarting but it said an error occured. I tried stopping manually from the console but still no. How do I fix this?

Im trying to find a plugin that can make an item manually give a rank without admin intervention. How do I do this?

[Luckperms not working.]

I'm trying to set up ranks on my server, but when I added a prefix, it didn't work! Plus I can't to make the default rank well, default. Please help.

Plugins: CrazyEnchants, Essentials, EssentialsChat(Doesn't Work), Item Editor, Luckperms, Mine Reset Lite, Shopkeeper, TAB, ViaVerson, WorldGuard, and World Edit.
