So I was just minding my own business on a private server and then out of nowhere I got banned for ever for being a bot??? When I try to rejoin the server it says that my account "most likely has been compromised". Is there anyway I can get unbanned as I would like to continue with my 1.18 Survival

Why were you punished: I actually have no Idea, I was just playing on my server and then I got kicked for being a bot while I was playing.
Proof that you are not guilty: I've added to pictures that it is in fact my account and I guess thats one of the only ways to prove I am a real person (and that I am writing this message)
Have I been banned before: Nope
I hope to get unbanned soon
