Some changes that could be applied to MINEHUT in the future to make the server better

I would like to give some advice to MINEHUT staff members and the MINEHUT in general, i feel like that even if the muted player can't speak in chat nor private chat. But I think that MINEHUT should allow them to speak in private chat to the people on there friend list. and when a person advertises without /ad, the staff should see at least 2 illegal adverts from the advertising player before muting the player, not just seeing one, then mute, since this brings a disadvantage to new MINEHUT players and people who never saw the rules. I hope that MINEHUT can make a change to this since this will help the server alot.
