Hey! I have a skript that basically makes it so that when you mine diamond ore with a stone pick it gives you a diamond, but it only works sometimes. Not sure why, can you help?

Here is my code:

on mine of diamond ore:
	if gamemode of player is survival:
		if tool of player is stone pickaxe:
			give player 1 diamond
