[how to exchange ranks to another account?]

is there any way to exchange my current rank to another minecraft account?

 

[I need help with skript guis]

I have some skripts that use a gui, sometimes it glitches and the people can take out blocks of the gui, so I need to restart the server to fix it and it happens all the time and Im tired of restarting.

Can someone help me to fix it?
