[My skript isnt working pls help]

i started an smp with my friends only to find out skript isnt working i reload and put in garbage but it still shows that its correct and when i do an actual skript it doesnt work even on commands

[How do i get extra memory on my server]

my servers very laggy and i cant remove any plugins those are necessary and im saving up to buy a monthly plan  but my concern here is that i saw something in server files that had the name cache and we all know that cache is unneeded files but i dont feel confident removing it so i wanna know if its safe to do so
