Essentials Chat doesn't allow me to add prefixes

OK, is used both luck perms and group manager but both does not let me add prefixes. I tried uninstalling chatcontrol, and i found out that essentials chat doesn't allow me to add prefixes. Even after editing the config file removing the # for the settings I need. I tried everything, even looking at web topics. Nothing works.

Make sure that you have: Vault, EssentialsChat and a permissions plugin (e.g. LuckPerms). Without those, you will be unable to have prefixes.

Are you getting any errors when you search the logs? (You can download them by doing /dl logs or by checking the latest.log file on the panel)
