players cant use any commands... help!

i set up warps and im new to this but my players cant use the /warp command eather this is what they see.

Use a permissions plugin like PEX or LuckPerms

Once you've gotten a permission plugin, you have to give them the permission 'essentials.warp', and 'essentials.warps.warpname'

Change 'warpname' with whatever the name of your warp is called.

ok soo i downloaded a plugin but Nichxlxs what you said would mean i have to do that for every player wich would mean i have to always be online?

No, you don't have to do it for each individual user. When a player joins, they have a default group, so you give the group the permissions and anyone in that group will have access to it.
