SmoothTimber Plugin not working?

I'm not sure why the SmoothTimber mod isn't working.

The plugins i have for my server

• ActionBarHealth
• BloodEffects
• FastLeafDecay
• McMMO
• Simple Color Chat
• SmoothTimber

I thought that FastLeafDecay might be interfering with it so I uninstalled and restarted the server, but it still wouldn't work. Does anyone have any idea on why it wouldn't be working?

There is a command that you have to use to enable it.
If that doesn't work then I haven no other solution..
