Minehut server STGcreate (private) not staying up

My friends and I started this server yesterday, Saturday 1/2/2020 (European). We have edited the spawn and we are really happy with it. But around midday, the server started kicking us out and sending us to a 'fallback server' which basically means the lobby. I have restarted the server, stopped and started, rebooted, and repaired. I have tried everything except completely starting over, which I do NOT want to do. What is this issue, as I have tried both of my wifi networks, and other's servers, and this is the only server doing this?

Check your logs, it may contain details as to why this is happening. You can check your logs in the File Manager or using the command /dl logs in game which will generate a paste of your logs.

It says the server has not responded for around 30 seconds each time, and then we disconnect

Just before you go through this (by the way, thank you) I figured out the issue, sort of. Basically, when chat has been idle for 30 seconds, it shuts down. I downloaded a client that allows me to see how long a server lags for, and it resets every time someone types in chat. Basically, I am able to play with no issues if I run a chat bot, but that can get annoying, especially when I wish to play with my friends. Any idea what might make it crash from chat inactivity?

Just before you go through this (by the way, thank you) I figured out the issue, sort of. Basically, when chat has been idle for 30 seconds, it shuts down. I downloaded a client that allows me to see how long a server lags for, and it resets every time someone types in chat. Basically, I am able to play with no issues if I run a chat bot, but that can get annoying, especially when I wish to play with my friends. Any idea what might make it crash from chat inactivity?

I'm actually not too sure. The only thing I can suggest is to try removing plugins that are causing a lot of errors in the console, as they may contribute to your disconnection. Plugins that don't work will also show up in red in /pl.
