Help With PAC and LibsDisguises Plugins

Hello I am having trouble using the PAC (Pheonix Anti Cheat) and LibsDisguises plugins. I have the ProtocolLib plugin installed as well which is what these two plugins need to run. The problem is that the two plugins still won't work with my server. I do /plugins and it shows PAC and Libs Disguises as red which means they aren't working. Teh thing I would liek soem help with, is figuring out why they aren't working.

Could you please send us the logs/console of what happened?
Usually when you have disabled plugins, it's because of some sort of conflict and it will always mention it in the console/logs.

(ALSO: I recommend using NoCheatPlus and getting a good config for it instead of using PAC)
