My server won't save?

I was playing on my minehut server (70in) last night and was building a m****ive arena and such with my friend, but I saved constantly because I forgot to save the night before that one, when my friend got off I saved the server than stopped it. After I got back from school today I started my server and it was completely restarted by about 5 hours of work to when I just started world editing the walls. 

Is there any way to fix this at all?

i don't even have the command to backup and im the op 

 and i can't even download my server at all either...

Sadly, unless you have a backup of your world previous to the reset, there isn't anything we can do. But what I recommend doing is using this as a learning experience, by that I mean start saving your world more often & I recommend backing your world up every once in a while threw /backup(Requires op)
