My Server isn't starting

My friend went to an out of bound chunk, and if she would join it would crash the server, I deleted her player data so she could rejoin and actually play on it, but now it won't start. I've tried repairing files, force stopping, restarting, basically every trick I've learned on the forums, and it still won't start.

Can I please have help?

I clicked on "repair files" and the button turned white for like 2 seconds, but it didn't do anything.

I've restarted it after clicking "repair files" twice now, and it's still not starting. Is there anything else I can try?
