How to add perms?

Hello, 

I have recently made my server and set up some groups. I have added all of the perms that i know how to do (only essentials). How do I add perms from other plugins. For example I want to make everyone have access to /wild but only Owner does because it has all perms. any help would be appreciated. Also how do I make is so that when you have enough money in game you can buy an upgrade to the next rank?

Get a plugin like PEX or LuckPerms, look up the commands, look up permissions, add those permissions to the groups and there you go.

I am using PEX. sorry i forgot to mention that. How do I add them though because for essentials it is essentials.fly for example. What would i need for /wild?
