bug Bug downloading world

I've been trying to do this all day, but it just does not work. I typed /dl world world and it said it was "creating download link", but it did not work. It either said "Error creating download link" or it just would not load. I waited over 1/2 an hour and it would not work. Help!

I have the same problem, there was another post a while ago that was locked from further comments about this in October I think though, apparently there's an issue with the website that's used for the downloads and they gave no estimate on a time range that it might be fixed by
