Server shutting down randomly

so my server (diamonddog) has been going down with the simple message: [Server: stopping the server] and it says Server: not <Player>: so it must mean it is coming from the console, but i have given no one access to my account so please help me i would like to know what is happening to my server.

Reply to this thread with your server logs, as there may be something that's causing your server errors. To get your server logs, run the command /dl log on your server. Alternatively, you can check the logs folder in your File Manager

I could not access the logs, doing /dl log didn't work and the server file manager won't load.

So i was able to look at the latest.log, so i put it in another text doc. take a look.LOG.txt

There's a lot of stacktraces for CustomHeads so try removing that plugin
