how to transfer your server world to your singleplayer world

hi, i want my building on my server on my singleplayer world, because i don't want to build it all over again.

can someone please help me?

Does this save user progress? For example if i have 36 xp and my friend has 24 would we keep that in the next server? I'm planning to build my own server and migrate all the data to it.

Yes think downloading your world should also download the playerdata from the world.
