How to let all members use plugins?

Hello! I've been making a server for friends and I to enjoy but have run into a problem with them! Only players who have OP are able to use plugins, this is extremely bothersome because I want to avoid giving all of us OP to avoid the temptation of cheating. Will anyone please explain to me how to change this?

You can install a permissions plugin to to allow people to use certain commands that you wish for them to have. I would personally use LuckPerms but others may want to use PermissionsEx

if you use luckperms:
/lp group default permission set <permission node>

If you use PermissionsEx
/pex group default add <permission node>

For those commands you need to add the permission nodes essentials.tpa, essentials.tpaccept, essentials.tpacancel, essentials.sethome, essentials.delhome, essentials.home

Edit: I'm trying to allow friends to use /sethome and /tpa but its not working :< I have the essentials plugin enabled for them as well.
