custom sever logo

I want to know how to get a sever logo if you can. if you do not know what i mean here is what i'm saying, hypixle has a sever logo thats what it looks like. how could I make my own and have it show on my sever? thanks for the help. if this is not a fetutre yet please add it. THANKS
