AHHHH HELP

I have been trying to use command blocks in my server and I have them enabled and everything but the done button at the bottom will not let me press it. I am just trying to do a simple /spawnset @p command and it wont let me save anything? someone smart plz help cuz im completely lost lmaoooooooo.

Enable cmd blocks, restart the server and the do this command in the command block /setspawnpoint @p

stop server .. in server properties .. enable cmd blocks ..click save..then click save again and then restart server..cmd blocks should be enabled..but if have

*ProtocolSupport*  so can join using older client version, with *protocolsupportlegacychest*  but if install can stop some plugins from working and command blocks... as not yet been updated.
