how do I make each world permission to want to make me a server with multiple minigames

First of all. You are on Minehut. I suggest sticking to one gamemode when making a server. Having minigames servers or more than 1 game on a server doesn't do well on Minehut and the idea isn't used for lag reasons.

I recommend using skript however, you can skript anything you need really easily. Install the plugin Skript and all the necessary addons. Watch the Minehut skript tutorials on the youtube channel or any tutorial if you want to start in the best way possible.

The only easy way I could recommend of what you're trying to achieve is to create multiple servers for each mini-game you want and use command blocks to send players there.
