So basically my friend was spamming so we could see if the Prefixes worked and it banned him. We tried unbanning him but it said he wasnt banned. then we banned him and tried unbanning him but it still said wasnt banned. Now hes stuck saying permed ban...

Hmm, I suggest you remove the plugin from your server, try to unban him, and then reinstall the plugin.

It says he got banned for Spamming from grief protection.

Try using the "minecraft:pardon" command. This will unban your friend via minecraft commands, instead of using AdvancedBan's broken unban system.

If it still Don't work, Reset AdvancedBan configs, and delete your friend's data from the server to cancel his playtime SO his ban

why i can't ban / throw out my friends?
 it tells me: you don't have perms for that
