I am making a kit server but @p @a @s @e wont work. i have command blocks on and i cant find the problem.

If you are trying to use those selectors for commands created by plugins, those plugins may not support those selectors. If you are trying to use it on normal Minecraft commands, do you have Essentials? Essentials breaks those selectors on some commands and you have to do like /minecraft:give @p.
