Does server voting work at the moment?

Hello all, I have spent the past week trying every single thing to get nuvotifier to work on a 1.20.6 server. I got tired of trial and error and decided to try and get it to work on two other server hosting platforms, and they both worked easily. I tried installing all plugins on them too to see if one of them was stopping it.

 

Basically, whenever I try to do a test vote when putting my server on a list site, I get an internal socket error.

So, is minehut just broken for most sites at the moment? Any advice appreciated.

Do you have a server plan to get access to extra ports? If you do, make sure the port you are configuring in the config is the internal port and the port you are using on external places such as the vote tester is the external port.

Thanks for taking the time to respond, yes I do have a server plan and I have tried to my knowledge practically every combination of ports and IPs and I always get this exact same error whenever I do it the right way, such as the way you explained to me:

Votifier error. Error: Socket timeout

 

To get this error, I set the internal port that I created as the port inside of the votifier file, the external port went into the vote tester, and the port IP address was used as the IP. 

There were no console logs
