Server keeps kicking me

I am a head admin on a server i play on and for somereason when ever i do some commands like /vanish or /godmode there is a chance i randomly get kicked and it sends me back to the minehut lobby, then i have to rejoin and it will still happen, ive even restarted my computer and client and nothing works and when i asked the owner to see if they could fix it they said that it wasnt a server issue so i dont know what to do or how to prevent it from happening in the future. im using 1.21

it just happend to me so i copyed the message "You were kicked from <server>: Out-of-order chat packet received. Did your system time change?"

Check a website like https://time.is and make sure your system time is synced.

i did some messing around and got this 

Your time is exact!

The difference from Time.is was -0.013 seconds (±0.056 seconds)

i re joined the server and started spamming diffrent commands at diffrent times to see if i would get kicked and i havnt, so i belive it is fixed! thanks for your help
