Server not letting people join

Whenever I try to join, I get a timeout error. On restart, the console says this: Encountered cloudflare rate limit! Retry-After: 1703 s.

Quite strange, Have you tried going into the minehut discord? (discord.gg/minehut) its much more active then the forums and there is a channel just for this topic.
