I get kicked when i type in chat

Anytime I write anything in the mc chat, i get kicked. No matter what server.

This is the error message that pops up in the chat(in the minehut lobby) and on the console.

[18:05:59 INFO]: Lananastor lost connection: Out-of-order chat packet received. Did your system time change?"

My system's time didn't change btw.

If you've already tried syncing your system time, try installing a plugin such as AntiPopup or FreedomChat.
