Can't Download Files

Trying to download folders prompts the following message:

We can download a single file with no problems. Downloading a folder prompts the above message. Is Minehut really going to restrict free plans to downloading server data one file at a time?

Download restrictions were put onto free servers, this is not a bug and is intentional. Free servers can only download single files at a time, bulk downloading requires a paid plan.
