Can't Remove Server Resource Pack And/Or Turn Back On Cosmetics

I added a server resource pack but after a bit decided I didn't want it and now after removing it and changing the .properties file to have "resource-pack=false" it is still trying to load the pack and not letting the cosmetics work despite them being enabled

Disable the resource pack from the main Settings page on the panel.

The resource pack is disabled from the settings page, the file is not attached and yet it still tries to load it when joining the server
