Plugins not showing up in my server

Whenever I try to download CrazyEnchantments onto my server it shows in the plugins folder of FILE MANAGER but not in the actual minecraft server (doesn't show in /pl and can't use any of the commands)? Can someone help me fix this.

Where did you download the plugin from?

Have you restarted the server since installing the plugin? Also, did you upload the .jar file of the plugin? If yes to both, please send the logs of the server. You can find them at File Manager -> Logs -> Latest.log.

I was looking through the logs like you said and came across this. This might be the problem but I don't know.

Through an external site called Modrinth. It redirects me there whenever I try to download the plugin on Spigot.

Try downloading it from https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/krxPuhWb/versions/ISVUzoxI/CrazyEnchantments-2.1.jar and then uploading it.

I uploaded that and then restarted but it is still not showing. Is there another plugin like CrazyEnchantments I could use?
