How to change from paper to fabric without errors?

I want to change my server to fabric but everytime I do it my end and nether gets reseted. How can I upload the files of my world or just change it without this error?

My best guess is to download all your world files, switch to Fabric, then reupload the ones that got deleted.

You can upload by uploading the world to the File Manager as a zip, selecting it, and then unzipping.

How do I do that? I already downloaded the nether and end files but I dont know how to replace it. I have tried a few ways but none of them worked.

To replace it, when they regenerate, delete the new files, then upload your zipped  nether/end files, unzip them from the file manager, and as long as you didn't change their names, it should work.
