How to add Mods to Minehut Server?

I loved Minehut because of the option to add plug-ins. Unfortunately, since the last time I played all of them have since never been updated and now just register as incompatible (thus many of them do not work). I'm not a fan of vanilla minecraft, I tend to get bored of it quickly. I wanted to add mods like Pam's harvestcraft or aquaculture 2 but whatever I've tried doesn't work, and there are really no up-to-date answers to this question. Can anyone help?

Set your server to Spongeforge 1.12 or Fabric.

Install mods and make sure they're for the select server version including the server type. For example, Pam's Harvestcraft only works and is compatible with Forge 1.12.2

Upload the mod jars to the mods folder, and then restart your server. Everything must be compatible, you must have the same client as you set your server on, same versions, same mods-- everything.

How do I get my friends also using the server to have the same mods?

They'll need to install all the mods themselves.

The mods must be all the same ones on the server as well as all the same versions as the ones on the server.

Hi! I don't see a mods folder where is it located

Hello! There should be a mods folder within the file manager home page. If its not there, make sure to reset your server if you just changed it to spongeforge, as it should then regenerate the mods folder, if it didnt work, then you can always make your own mods folder!
