Incompatible Addons

I want the "[1.9-1.20] Custom Recipes and Crafting (CraftEnhance) v2.5.9)" addon on my server but it says incompatible, and it says for the versions, 1.20, but i can only change the server version to 1.20.1 or 1.19.4. So can someone tell me how to get the addons or to change my server version to 1.20?

If you don't want to change versions, you don't need to. Simply google the plugin and download the version of it compatible with the version of your server. Don't use addons tab for now.
