Server Keeps Kicking Me

Me and my friend are almost done making a server but just today whenever I join it kicks me after a few minutes and when I check the console the picture below shows up. my friend is on holiday and is the server coder so I have no idea what this is

 - when it happened I thought its because I didnt update essentials X as that got a new version earlier but its still happening

Maybe try again now, there were issues with this recently.

If it still happens, it could be ram. Delete worlds or plugins you don't need, limit view distance, mob spawns, or worldborder on your server.
