my litebans isnt working

For some reason whenever I try to start the server with LiteBans, it doesn't start and sends this error:

Send the full server logs please.

You can find them at File Manager -> Logs and send the file named latest.log here.

I had to rename it to .txt instead of .log because it wasn't supported here, but either way here is the log.

It looks like you didn't purchase the actual LiteBans, and therefore that is the most probable reason it doesn't work. I suggest you buy the plugin here: LiteBans | SpigotMC - High Performance Minecraft

Yeah my friend bought it and then he stopped using it so he gave it to me.

I mean it looks like the plugin was taken from a leaks website, so I suggest you go buy it from SpigotMC.
