Data packs aren't working, but they are in correctly?

On my Minehut server, I'm using Undertale data packs from planet Minecraft from the creator SonicRushXII though the data packs work perfectly fine in single player, Minehut just wont register them, I was able to get one data pack to work, (X-Chara) it was after lots of trial and error and restarting of the server so I don't exactly remember how I did it, and stopping the server doesn't help either, I was thinking it might be a storage issue, as I'm using the free subscription so it only has 1GB but unless Minehut is taking 99% of that GB before I use it then I don't believe that's the problem. Any ideas anyone??

1. Ensure your datapack is compatible with your server's version
2. Ensure you upload it to the datapacks folder of your world in a .zip format
3. Ensure you restart your server, and there is no errors when starting it up.
   
   
   If there are errors when using the datapack, then send your latest.log here after your server fully starts up.
   
   Home Directory > Logs > latest.log > Download > Upload here

compatible, they're zipped, but there is one error relating to it upon start up

I believe you need to unzip it first.

EDIT: I'm not sure since its been a long time since I've installed one.
