How do I change my Minehut server from Paper to Spigot?

When I try to change the version, Spigot doesn't show up. Only NachoSpigot, which runs on 1.8.8. I can't run my server on 1.8.8 because of a bunch of blocks. If there's any way to change this, Please let me know.

Spigot was removed. Paper has more fixes and is better anyways, so don't worry too much about it. Spigot plugins will work on paper.

Most Spigot plugins don't run on paper, We don't have access to some big ones like Mineresetlite and Clearlag, Why was spigot removed anways?

That is false as Paper is a fork of Spigot. Nearly all Spigot plugins work on Paper. Mineresetlite on Spigot is old and no longer maintained, you need to download it from another site. As for why Spigot was removed, Paper is more performant, has less dupes, is constantly updated, and works better than Spigot.
