Help trying to make a box server

I need help making my box server, I have watched multiple tutorial but none of them have links to the plugins. as it currently seems like my plugins are not working together, my server doesn't even start due to an unknown error. Any help/and links to the plugins that work together would be appreciated.

Post logs here but you're likely just using outdated plugins.

Get all your plugins for spigotMC or other trusted equivelant, and make sure you're downloading the versions for your server version. If your server version is latest then just clicking download on the page should work instead of digging through files to find one for your version.

Also be sure to upload the jar to your plugins folder and restart.

As for your server crashing error, start it, let it crash, then upload the latest.log here

To get latest.log:
File Manager > Logs > download latest.log
