server wont start

my server 0biBox.minehut.gg wont start since i switched from spigot 1.19.2 to paper 1.20.1

when i try starting the server using the console it says

That's strange, I think it can't update because the file already exists, but it shouldn't. Try deleting the jar in question if you can find it. It's possible the jump from spigot to paper broke something, but I doubt it.. Try contacting support:
