My Server keeps saying ( Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 5153ms or 103 ticks behind) when i update to fabric

I upgraded to fabric 1.20.1 from paper 1.20.1 so my redstone would work but the server keeps lagging insane so insane i cant even join the server everytime i want to use fabric for server software please help

Did you add any redstone mods or something? If yes, thats too much for minehut. Please provide your server log logs > latest.log
