Weird Server Reset

Ok, so I have a survival world that me and my friends play on pretty much daily. Earlier today, the world was fine and was all normal. After logging back in later, we discovered that most of our work had been cleared. Everything in a certain direction past a certain line had all been cleared. One house survived but as most builds were past that line everything we built is gone. Does anyone know what caused this or how to fix it?

Moving thread to Community Support. 

 

Try doing /save-all next time when you logout of the server then rejoin to see if the builds you've created still remain.

I suggest contacting our support team if your worlds continue not to save properly.
