Server Sending stop command and not opening up(CHECK LOGS)

The server will start but will then suddenly stop here is the pastebin of the server logs: https://pastebin.com/m8BWXk7T
Also the >save-all and >stop commands is automatic and I'm not manually doing it.

When starting the server inside of the minehut server it sends this message:

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException:finishConnect(..) failed: Connection Refused: /***.25575

If you have an idea of what it could be send a message it could help.

 

I dont go no extra plugins just what came with fabric.
