My friend started a server and now no one can join

In the description of the game it says "a Velocity Server" and when someone try's to join it puts you in that endstone loading lobby with the skip option and the countdown, if you try and skip the skip option disappears and nothing happens, and if you wait for the countdown once its over it just disappears and nothing happens, how do I fix this.

Hey there, I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting to your friend's server. You should have them create a support ticket and we can take a look at their server to try and resolve this issue.
