How do I install EssentialsX?

Hi, 

I am struggling to download a version of Essentials on my 1.19 Spigot server. The only compatible version that shows up when searching is EssentialsX, but it requires download from an external site.

I have downloaded the .rar to my computer, but don't know how to get this onto my server? Uploading the rar didn't work and I cannot upload folders to the file manager, only single files.

Is something going wrong or am I misunderstanding anything?

You need to install EssentialsX.jar and put it to File Manager -> plugins and click upload file then upload the EssentialsX.jar
