My paid minecraft server won't start. says it's in queue

My server Chinaski is unable to start up, despite the fact that I pay monthly to have a premium server. This is unacceptable. If minehut doesn't figure out how to start my server, that I pay for, I'm going to switch to a different service. Totally ridiculous. I've waited days to get it started.

I agree, I paid for my server, just for it to shut down for a switch of provider for 3 days, then it broke 2 days ago from this comment and support take ages to respond.
