can't join server, io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception finishconnect(..) failed: connection refused: /***:25575

When I try joining my server, I get sent to the waiting area like normal. However, when the timer ends, I get sent to the lobby instead of the server, with the following error message:
io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception finishconnect(..) failed: connection refused: /***:25575
This happened to all my other friends who had the same problem. Does anyone know how to solve this?
