Server mostly deleted

My server has been devastated. The only things that haven't been deleted are the end dimension, and chunks I rendered when I afked yesterday evening (in the nether) The entire overworld has been reset. I've looked and there are no other worlds on the server, so no level stuff, looked in backups, and it apparently deleted my backup and made one today when it was corrupted. I also run a fabric server, and all the mods we were using were deleted from the .mod folder. Player data is still intact, and interestingly all entities have been killed. I had item frames on each of the chests as attached below, and all of them are gone, including the piglins I used for bartering, and the villagers I had there. It's hard to tell what has been deleted because all my server files say they were made 4 hours ago. (The previous backup) Someone please help, as I made a full perimeter and as a server we made a huge amount of progress.

I don't think you can recover what you lose which you made after 4 hours. But maybe someone can answer you. It happened with me as well and the sad part is, I have to start again.
