when joining the lobby the resource pack never downloads and just continues to "download"

Upon joining the minehut lobby the texture pack never downloads and just says it is "Downloading Resource Pack Making Request...  100%" and just stays there, I want to be able to see the custom resources, but it just never loads
is there any way I can download the pack directly like from mediafire or something?
