Friend can't join Minehut server

Me and my friends have a server together. All of us can play except for one friend. The server does not belong to me. He has restarted his computer, router, etc. Whenever he tries to join it says "connection timed out: no further information". This has not happened to anybody else. He has good wifi and is able to join Aternos servers, but not Minehut or Hypixel (these are the ones we have tried). It is also not only our server, as he cannot join any other Minehut servers, even the lobby or ones created by himself.

We have tried again and again over a period of several days. Any ideas?
